A graduate of Red Stella’s apprenticeship program, Alli has continued to grow through advanced education with Wella, Sebastian, Oribe, and R+Co, allowing her to pair creativity with a strong technical foundation.

Known for her bubbly, upbeat spirit, Alli has been awarded Red Stella’s Ray of Sunshine award multiple times—a true reflection of the warmth and positivity she brings into the salon every day.
